Services We Offer

The purpose of hiring a Home Watch company is to prepare for the unknown like mold, vandalism, or even a break in. Luxury Concierge & Home Watch is there to look for issues such as those and notify you if something happens, so you have the peace of mind. The last thing you want to do is come home and spend your time in the Sunshine State fixing issues that could have been prevented.

Luxury Concierge & Home Watch will thoroughly check the exterior and interior of your home to look for obvious signs of damage and report back to you with photos. We use software specifically for Home Watch companies, complete with GPS, date and time of the visit, and photos that will then send a report to you regarding our visit. You will have 100% confidence and trust that your home is watched over.

What Do We Check?

Home Watch includes, but is not limited to the following:

Prices will vary depending on the size of your home as well as the number of visits requested per month. We recommend weekly or bi-weekly visits. Bi-weekly visits are optional, but not recommended. If there is a problem, we want to be there before it becomes a bigger issue. Contact us today to schedule your consultation!

Exterior Check

Confirm that your windows and doors are locked and secure

Inspect visual damages to exterior to home

Inspect gutters, outdoor lights, and roof for visual damage

Turn on water

Check mail and place inside your home

Ensure there isn't trash on your property

Inspect your pool and lanai (if applicable) for visual damages

Interior Check

Inspect appliances for visual damage

Check for any water damage on walls or ceiling, including mold or mildew

Ensure your A/C and (de) humidifier are working

Inspect for any visual evidence of insects or rodents

Run water in sinks and scrub brush toilets

Check smoke alarms

Ensure all overhead lights are functioning

Grocery Stocking

The last thing you want to do after travelling is to spend time at the grocery store. Luxury Concierge & Home Watch offers Grocery Stocking. Have groceries delivered to your home prior to your arrival and we will ensure that your chilled items are in the refrigerator so that you can enjoy a cold beverage as soon as you arrive.
